All payments processed before 4:00 PM, unless on a weekend or a holiday, will be credited the next business day. Payments entered by check, made on a weekend or a holiday, please allow two (2) business days to credit your account, and remember that it may be past the due date and will be assessed penalties and/or late fees. Payments received the morning of the due date and after 4:00 PM of the due date will be assessed penalties and default payment fees as stated. The City suggests signing up for automatic billing to avoid fines and late fees. A convenience fee will be assessed for all online payments.
